Day Two

Wooohooo!! Down two whole pounds to 212!!!

Today consisted of a chocolate chip granola bar for breakfast (not too shabby) and a handful of raspberries once I got to work.

Lunch was veggie beef soup (awesome) with a spinach salad with raw mushrooms topped off with kraft orangic raspberry vinegarette dressing.

Afternoon snack was 1oz of that thin deliham stuff....AND 4 16 oz bottles of water--with the icecrystals in it of course!!

Best part of it all, I've LITERALLY had four diet cokes in the past two days! This going from 10-12 Mountain Dews daily I think is a HUGE accomplishment!!!

Day One of Nutri-System

Annnddddd we're off:

Breakfast included an apple scone--not too bad but pretty small...it's 10:40 am and I'm sorta hungry-nothing a bottle of water can't kill I bet. One diet coke down which is a HUGE improvement considering before I would have already had three or four Mt Dews. Lunch is going to be chicken noodle soup and a salad...so pray for me on that one-not sure about dinner yet.

We are at 215lbs and have 60 to lose--will hopeufully be able to update daily

First Blog

We're gonna jump on the bandwagon-late as usual...burned out on the Myspace craze finally and am doing my best to climb on the bloggerwagon-is there room for me??

I'm not sure exactly what to write-I'll figure it out later I'm sure.
