Wooohooo!! Down two whole pounds to 212!!!
Today consisted of a chocolate chip granola bar for breakfast (not too shabby) and a handful of raspberries once I got to work.
Lunch was veggie beef soup (awesome) with a spinach salad with raw mushrooms topped off with kraft orangic raspberry vinegarette dressing.
Afternoon snack was 1oz of that thin deliham stuff....AND 4 16 oz bottles of water--with the icecrystals in it of course!!
Best part of it all, I've LITERALLY had four diet cokes in the past two days! This going from 10-12 Mountain Dews daily I think is a HUGE accomplishment!!!

WOW! You've already lost weight?! And cutting down from that many soft drinks IS DEFINATELY A HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT!!! Way to go!! You're doing awesome girlie!!!
